We had lots of good things crammed into this weekend. A great friend moved into our Jersey City ‘hood, just three blocks away. And we headed down to Tumulty’s Pub in New Brunswick for dinner with our friends Daryl and Pam to celebrate their recent engagement. I, of course, had to grill them about the honeymoon destinations they’re considering. Sounds like an all-inclusive resort in Coast Rica may be at the top of the list.

I also got a fab haircut at my favorite local salon, Balance (above). They were holding a Haircut-A-Thon as a fundraiser for earthquake victims in Haiti. A good cause and, as usual, a good cut with good music in the background.

I spent lots of time this weekend working on some great upcoming posts for RealHoneymoons.com. This week we’ll be featuring a truly fantastic honeymoon to Greece, taken by two great friends of ours, Jen and Eli. Their photos are fabulous… they had me wishing for a warm sunset on the beach!

Jen told me that had such a fun time reliving the trip when they sent me their notes. I’ve heard that from almost every couple we’ve featured so far. It makes me really happy to know that our site is not only helping new couples plan their trips, but also bringing back romantic memories for everyone we highlight.
